Physical Therapy by Jenn is an entirely cash-based service to allow for your optimal care. Jenn can provide you with an invoice upon request called a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement under your “out of network benefits.” However, you should be aware that such reimbursements are infrequent. You may use your HFSA and flexible benefits plans cards to pay for treatment.
